1. Warranty Duration & Coverage
- General Policy: The vast majority of UGREEN products are covered by a warranty. However, please note the important exception below.
- Standard Warranty Period: Most UGREEN products come with a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty from the original date of purchase, as verified by your sales receipt or invoice.
- Power Banks are sold without a warranty. This is a non-warranty item.
- Extended Warranty: Certain products (excluding power banks) may qualify for an extended warranty period. Please check the product packaging, product page on our website, or contact our support team for specific terms.
- Scope of Coverage: This warranty guarantees that your UGREEN product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty is valid only if the product is used in accordance with the accompanying instructions. It covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Faults originating from the production process.
- Material Defects: Failures due to substandard or faulty materials.
- Workmanship Errors: Issues arising from errors in assembly or construction.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:
- Power Banks: As stated above, all power bank models are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
- Accidental Damage: Drops, impacts, liquid spills, power surges, or other physical damage.
- Improper Use or Neglect: Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the product’s operating instructions.
- Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Service, alteration, or repair by anyone not authorized by UGREEN PK.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration from regular use (e.g., minor scratches, fading, or battery degradation over time).
- Consumable Parts: Components that are expected to diminish over time, such as batteries (in warranted products, excluding power banks), unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Environmental Factors: Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture, or sunlight.
- Loss of Data or Software: Any loss or corruption of data; the user is responsible for backing up their data.
- Products without Valid Proof of Purchase: Products with an altered, removed, or unreadable serial number, or those for which a valid dated purchase receipt cannot be provided.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product (excluding power banks) has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

- Provide Required Documentation:
- A clear copy of your original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date and place of purchase.

- Photos or a short video clearly demonstrating the problem.
- Product Evaluation & Return Authorization:
- Our support team will guide you through the process and may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the product, along with all accessories and the RMA number, to our designated service center. Please note that shipping charges for sending the product to us are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Resolution:
- Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the product to verify the defect.
- If the claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar model.
- If the product is no longer available, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.
5. Important Policy Notes
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Warranty on Replacements: The warranty can be claimed only one time. If the product is replaced, the warranty will not continue for the replacement item. If the product is repaired, then the original warranty will continue.
- Final Determination: UGREEN Pakistan reserves the sole right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty.
