UGREEN 70158 Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter & Receiver 2-in-1 with aptX Low Latency, Optical & 3.5mm Aux, for TV, Home Audio, Headphones – Add Bluetooth to Any Device

Breathe new wireless life into your entire audio and home theater system with the UGREEN 70158 Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter & Receiver. This ingenious 2-in-1 device is the ultimate bridge between your classic wired equipment and modern Bluetooth freedom, solving multiple audio challenges with a single, easy-to-use gadget.

In Transmitter Mode, it takes audio from your non-Bluetooth TV, PC, or gaming console and streams it wirelessly to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers. Thanks to aptX Low Latency codec, you can watch movies and play games without any annoying audio-video delay. In Receiver Mode, it transforms your old but beloved wired speakers or car stereo into a wireless powerhouse, allowing you to stream music directly from your smartphone or tablet.

With both Optical (Toslink) and 3.5mm AUX inputs/outputs, it offers maximum compatibility. The Optical connection ensures you get the crispest, highest-fidelity digital audio from your smart TV, while the AUX port works with virtually anything. The ability to pair two devices simultaneously means you and a friend can share the same audio stream on your respective headsets. This adapter is a key component for any modern home entertainment system and a perfect partner for your UGREEN Bluetooth headphones. For the best audio quality, use it with the included cables or explore our range of high-quality audio cables.

FAQs:

1. What is the main difference between Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) mode?
In TX Mode, it sends audio FROM a wired device (like a TV) TO Bluetooth headphones. In RX Mode, it receives audio FROM a Bluetooth device (like a phone) TO wired speakers.

2. Will this eliminate the audio delay on my TV?
Yes, when used in Transmitter Mode with a pair of headphones that also support aptX Low Latency, it will synchronize the audio with the video, eliminating lip-sync issues completely.

3. Can I use this to make my old car stereo Bluetooth?
Absolutely. Use it in Receiver Mode (RX). Connect the 3.5mm output to your car’s AUX input, and you can stream music wirelessly from your phone to your car’s speakers.

4. Does it need to be charged to work?
It can operate on its built-in battery for up to 15 hours. For permanent setups (like with a TV), you can plug it into a USB port on your TV or a UGREEN wall charger for continuous power.

5. Can two people listen with Bluetooth headphones at the same time?
Yes, the Dual Link feature allows you to pair and stream audio to two sets of Bluetooth headphones or speakers simultaneously in either mode.

6. What if my TV doesn’t have an Optical port?
You can use the 3.5mm AUX cable to connect to your TV’s headphone jack or audio output. For best sound quality from a TV, Optical is preferred, but AUX works very well.

7. Is the connection process complicated?
No, it’s plug-and-play. You just select the mode (TX/RX) with the button, put it into pairing mode, and then find it in your phone or TV’s Bluetooth settings.

8. Where can I find warranty information?
UGREEN products are covered by a warranty. Please visit our warranty and support page for detailed information and assistance.

9. Can I use this with a gaming console?
Yes, you can connect it to a PlayStation or Xbox controller via the 3.5mm jack in Transmitter Mode to use your Bluetooth headphones for game audio.

10. Does it work with all Bluetooth headphones?
It is compatible with all standard Bluetooth headphones. However, to benefit from the no-lag, low latency feature, your headphones must also support the aptX LL or at least aptX codec.
